Wages range from $30\-$40\.32 depending on experience and is determined by the hiring manager.

Must have Ohio or Compact license

**Registered Nurse (RN):**

Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Responsibilities include

* Implementing a resident care plan
* Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
* Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
* delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
* consulting with and validating data
* record pertinent information in the patient record
* identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
* communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
* assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
* other duties as assigned by the director of nursing.
* Working leader\- oversees and implements a resident plan of care
* Working leader\- performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessment and evaluations
* Consulting with and validates data
* Recording pertinent information in the patient record
* Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
* Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
* Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development

**Requirements of RN:**

* Nursing License required
