**Job Title:** Plumbing Engineer
**Location:** Jogeshwari, Mumbai
**Employment Type:** Full-time

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, plan, and oversee the installation of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
* Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing specifications.
* Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submittals for plumbing works.
* Ensure proper installation of water supply systems, drainage, sewage, and rainwater harvesting systems.
* Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and site teams to integrate plumbing designs with overall project requirements.
* Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve technical issues on-site.
* Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Test and commission plumbing systems post-installation to ensure functionality and safety.
* Provide technical support and guidance to site supervisors and plumbing contractors.

**Required Qualifications / Skills:**

* **B.E. in Mechanical Engineering** or related discipline.
* Minimum **5 to 7 years of experience** in **plumbing engineering**, preferably in the **construction or real estate sector**.
* Strong understanding of plumbing design principles, materials, and installation techniques.
* Experience in working with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design tools.
* Good communication, coordination, and site supervision skills.
* **Immediate joiners preferred**.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
