Diploma level study or willingness to work towards or equivalent or relevant experience
GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above or equivalent or relevant experience

Knowledge of legal/medical terminology and procedures

Essential
Skills to manage complex information gathering with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibility for maintaining accurate and confidential records
Able to communicate at all levels in a changing environment
A broad knowledge of administrative and clerical tasks and procedures

Knowledge of DATIX risk management database
Experience of working in the NHS / Health care provider
Knowledge of Duty of Candour, Serious Incident Framework
