**Qualification:** BSc IT / BE / BTech / MTech (Computer Science or related field).
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in **Flask framework** to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, developing APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Flask
* Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
* Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
* Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
* Manage database interactions (PostgreSQL,MySQL, MongoDB)
* Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
**Required Skills:**
* Strong experience in Python with hands-on expertise in Flask framework
* Good understanding of REST APIs and web services
* Experience with MySQL and MongoDB databases
* Familiarity with ORM libraries (SQLAlchemy, etc.)
* Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
* Understanding of multi-threading and multi-processing concepts
* Experience with version control tools like Git
* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
* Experience with AI tools
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
* Knowledge of Docker / CI-CD pipelines
* Exposure to microservices architecture
