Summer Palace
🏛The Summer Palace is a world-renowned royal garden and one of the largest and most well preserved royal gardens in China.

😲Founded in 1750, it was burned down by the Anglo French coalition and rebuilt in 1888.

🕍Foxiang Pavilion: a landmark building within the park, it is the best location to overlook the panoramic view of Kunming Lake.

⛩Long Corridor: With a total length of over 700 meters, it is famous for its length and over 14000 exquisite paintings on the beams, and is known as the “world’s longest gallery”.

🌊Kunming Lake: The lake surface is open and modeled after West Lake in Hangzhou. The lake is dotted with Nanhu Island, Seventeen Arch Bridge, and West Embankment.

🚤Shifang: It is a unique building that combines Chinese and Western styles, carved from giant stones
