Requirements:
▪ Native English speaker with clear and standard pronunciation.
▪ Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Early Childhood Education, English, TESOL, or a related field.
▪ Must hold a TEFL/TESOL/TEFL-C certificate (120+ hours).
▪ At least 2 years of teaching experience with children aged 2-6.
▪ Familiarity with thematic, TPR, and Montessori teaching methods.
▪ Positive personality, genuine love for children, and basic classroom management skills.

Responsibilities:
▪ Conduct engaging and age-appropriate English lessons for children aged 2-6.
▪ Develop weekly plans, monthly themes, and student assessment reports.
▪ Collaborate with Chinese teachers to create a stimulating classroom environment (including decorations, lesson preparations, and observation records).
▪ Use teaching methodologies such as thematic teaching, TPR, and Montessori.
▪ Participate in daily outdoor activities, morning exercises, and adapt to a full-day schedule (7:40 AM – 6:00 PM).
