Staff Accountant — Ko & Company, PC

**Job Summary**

The **Accountant** will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and accounting standards. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in **QuickBooks**, and at least **two years of experience** in a similar role.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
* Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
* Assist in payroll processing and tax filings
* Ensure compliance with local and federal tax regulations
* Utilize **QuickBooks** for bookkeeping and financial reporting
* Provide support for clients with accounting and financial inquiries
* Maintain confidentiality of financial information

**Qualifications \& Requirements**

* Minimum **2 years of accounting experience**
* **Proficiency in QuickBooks** and other accounting software
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
* Detail\-oriented with excellent organizational skills
* Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time

Pay: $15\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour

* Associate (Preferred)
