Job Summary

GoGlobalWays is hiring an **Academic Coordinator** to support our academic programs, school coordination, parent/teacher communication, training activities, and Bharat Olympiad onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate day-to-day academic operations and office activities.
* Handle parent and teacher communication.
* Coordinate **demo classes and lead follow-ups**.
* Track enquiries and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
* Coordinate teacher/trainer training schedules and attendance.
* Coordinate leave and expense approval requests.
* Communicate with schools regarding **Bharat Olympiad onboarding**.
* Support school meetings and GGW presentations.
* Maintain follow-up trackers, reports, and records.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program execution.
* Ensure assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Good knowledge of **MS Excel/MS Office and Google Workspace**.
* Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
* Confident and professional communication style.
* Well organised and responsible.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Freshers can apply if they have strong communication skills.
* Experience in academic coordination, school coordination, counselling, sales, administration, or customer handling is an advantage.
