**Electrical Install apprentices receive hourly pay between $18\-23 per hour.**

**The Role**

Our Electrical Install technicians install and replace items within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5\-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

**What You'll Do**

* Use their industry experience to read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry.
* Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go\-to company" relationship.
* Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
* Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

**What You'll Need**

* 6\+ Months Residential Industry Experience (Preferred)
* Proficient with residential electrical systems including lighting, circuits, devices, disconnects, panels, etc. (Preferred)
* A Clean, Safe Driving Record and Background Check
* High School Diploma or GED
