**WE’RE LOOKING FOR A LEAD — NOT JUST ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN.**

Top Tier Electric is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced **Lead Electrician** who knows how to **run a job, lead a crew, solve problems, and get the work done right.**

We work on **residential, commercial, and industrial projects**, and we need someone who can take ownership in the field.

If you need someone standing over your shoulder all day, this isn’t the job for you.

If you can show up, look at the job, know what needs to happen, direct your crew, handle problems, communicate with the customer or GC, and keep the job moving — **we want to meet you.**

**WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**

* Running electrical jobs from start to finish
* Leading and directing electricians and helpers
* Residential and commercial electrical installations
* Troubleshooting and solving electrical problems in the field
* Reading blueprints, plans, and electrical drawings
* Managing daily job\-site activities
* Coordinating materials, tools, and manpower
* Working with GCs, customers, inspectors, and other trades
* Maintaining quality workmanship and job\-site safety
* Making sure work is completed correctly and on schedule
* Keeping management informed of job progress and issues
* Jumping in and doing the work when the crew needs you
* Teaching is a big part of this position, you are expected to teach and train as you work.
* This is a working leads position not a stand around and just tell others what to do position.

**⚡ WHAT WE EXPECT**

We’re looking for someone with:

* Strong residential AND commercial electrical experience
* Experience running electrical jobs
* Experience leading a crew
* Solid troubleshooting skills
* Ability to read prints and plans
* Strong knowledge of electrical code and proper installation practices
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to run a crew and stay on/ahead of schedule
* Good communication skills
* Dependability and accountability
* Trustworthiness
* A clean, professional approach to the job
* **Valid driver’s license 3\+ years of electrical experience preferred.**

You’re going to be **in the field, leading your crew by example and getting the job done.**
