**Registered Nurse (RN) \- Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Danvers, Massachusetts. **Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
* Conduct routine assessments and document patient progress
* Lead and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in providing care to residents
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop plans for improvement
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

**Requirements:**

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts
* Minimum of one year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred
* CPR certification
* Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
* Ability to follow oral and written instructions
* Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignment
* Physical ability to move intermittently throughout the day, proper body mechanics required
