**Job Summary**

**Duties**

* Develop and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating educational technology and instructional modifications to meet diverse student needs
* Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, classroom management strategies, and assessment methods to enhance instructional quality
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide progress updates, discuss concerns, and foster strong home\-school partnerships
* Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement, behavior management techniques for students with special needs, and classroom organization
* Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and ongoing observations to tailor instruction accordingly

**Skills**

* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students
* Classroom management expertise to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes positive behavior and social\-emotional well\-being
* Familiarity with learning technologies such as tablets, interactive whiteboards, educational software
