**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the preschool curriculum
* Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
* Observe, assess, and document children’s progress regularly
* Guide and mentor assistant teachers and support staff
* Ensure classroom management and positive behavior guidance
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and concerns
* Maintain classroom materials, records, and hygiene standards
* Ensure child safety and follow all school policies and protocols

* Strong understanding of early childhood education principles
* Classroom management and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Observation and assessment skills
* Team collaboration and problem-solving ability

**Qualifications:**

* Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training (Mandatory)
* 2–5 years of experience in a preschool setting (lead role preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
