A **Marathi Teacher** is responsible for teaching students the Marathi language, including reading, writing, grammar, and literature, while also promoting an understanding of Maharashtrian culture.

Key Responsibilities

* **Lesson Planning:** Prepare structured lesson plans based on the syllabus and student level.
* **Teaching Language Skills:** Instruct students in Marathi reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
* **Grammar & Literature:** Teach Marathi grammar, prose, poetry, and notable literary works.
* **Assessment:** Conduct tests, assignments, and oral evaluations to measure progress.
* **Classroom Management:** Maintain discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
* **Student Support:** Provide extra help to students who struggle with the language.
* **Cultural Education:** Introduce students to Marathi traditions, festivals, and cultural context through language.
* **Activity-Based Learning:** Organize storytelling, recitation, essay writing, and drama activities in Marathi.
