**Employment Type:** Full-time### **Role Overview**
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Website Designer** with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in designing modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and the ability to convert concepts into visually appealing web layouts.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements
* Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
* Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
* Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
* Maintain brand consistency across all web pages
* Improve user experience based on feedback and analytics
* Design web graphics, banners, icons, and visual assets
* Update and maintain existing websites as required
* Ensure designs are optimized for speed and performance
### **Required Skills**
* Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript**
* Strong knowledge of **UI/UX design principles**
* Hands-on experience with **Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator**
* Understanding of **responsive and mobile-first design**
* Knowledge of **Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS**
* Familiarity with **WordPress / CMS platforms**
* Understanding of **SEO-friendly design practices**
* Knowledge of **cross-browser compatibility**
### **Preferred Skills**
* Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, etc.)
