Key Responsibilities***

Facilitate teachers in creating **school pedagogy-aligned lesson plans*** **Observe classroom teaching** regularly* Provide **constructive and actionable feedback** to teachers* Support teachers in improving **teaching methodologies**, including **group work and student engagement strategies*** Work closely with teachers to ensure **continuous professional growth****

Eligibility Criteria***

Background in **Education / Teaching / Curriculum Development*** Experience working with **school teachers (preferably Grades 1–10)*** Strong **observation, mentoring, and communication skills*** Ability to guide teachers with **practical, on-ground strategies*** **Minimum years of relevant experience**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
