Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement lessons aligned with Montessori / Early Years curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
* Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
* Use creative teaching methods including storytelling, play-based learning, and hands-on activities
* Observe, assess, and document children’s progress regularly
* Maintain classroom materials and ensure proper use of Montessori equipment
* Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular feedback on student progress
* Encourage independence, curiosity, and self-directed learning among children
