**Job Description:**
EarlyVentions is looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic **Preschool Teacher** to join our Varthur center. If you love working with young children and are passionate about early childhood education, we’d love to meet you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
* Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
* Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
* Maintain daily records of student progress and behavior
* Communicate regularly with parents and center leadership
* Participate in school events, celebrations, and training sessions

**Requirements:**

* Minimum qualification: Graduation
* Montessori/NTT/ECCE certification preferred
* Prior experience in a preschool or childcare setting is a plus
* Strong communication skills and a cheerful personality
* Fluency in English
