Key Responsibilities

* **Lesson Planning:** Create and implement daily and long-term lesson plans that match the curriculum standards for subjects like math, reading, science, and art.
* **Instruction:** Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that adapt to different learning styles.
* **Classroom Management:** Set clear rules, maintain a safe environment, and guide positive student behavior.
* **Assessment and Grading:** Track student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments, and record performance.
* **Parent Communication:** Meet with parents and guardians to share report cards, discuss behavior, and report academic progress.
