Dushyant Enterprises is a specialized contractor in Plumbing and Firefighting systems, delivering high-quality execution for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects across Delhi-NCR.

**Position Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Billing Engineer** to manage client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity verification, and documentation for Plumbing & Firefighting projects. The candidate will ensure accurate measurement, timely submission of bills, and proper coordination with site and accounts teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and process **RA Bills (Running Account Bills)** and Final Bills.
* Take site measurements and verify quantities as per drawings and BOQ.
* Coordinate with Project Incharge and site engineers for work progress.
* Prepare client billing as per contract terms and timelines.
* Verify and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.
* Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and documentation.
* Track project cost vs billing status.
* Handle variation orders and extra item billing.
* Support accounts team in payment follow-ups.
* Ensure compliance with contract conditions.

**Required Skills & Competencies**

* Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and measurement procedures.
* Experience in Plumbing & Firefighting billing preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Good understanding of contracts and billing cycles.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)**.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Good coordination and communication abilities.

**Eligibility Criteria**

* Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical / Civil Engineering preferred).
* 4–10 years of experience in billing for MEP / Plumbing / Firefighting projects.
* Experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects preferred.
* Willingness to travel to sites across Delhi–Gurgaon if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
