A **Full Stack Developer** is a versatile software engineer capable of building both the front-end (client-side) and back-end (server-side) of a web or mobile application. They manage the entire software development lifecycle, from initial conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
**Core Responsibilities:**
· **Front-End Development**: Design and implement interactive, responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
· **Back-End Development**: Build robust server-side logic and infrastructure using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
· **API Design**: Create and integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
· **Database Management**: Design, manage, and optimize relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
· **DevOps & Deployment**: Manage version control (Git), configure CI/CD pipelines, and deploy applications to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
· **Quality Assurance**: Perform manual and automated testing (unit, integration, and UI tests) to debug and resolve performance bottlenecks.
**Requirements & Technical Skills:**
· **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is typically preferred.
· **Experience**: Generally ranges from **Junior** (1–3 years) to **Senior** (5+ years) roles depending on project complexity.
· **Programming Proficiency**:
o **Front-end**: HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, and frameworks like React or Angular.
o **Back-end**: Proficient in at least one server-side technology like Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
· **Tools**: Strong command of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
**Key Soft Skills**
· **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the entire stack independently.
· **Communication**: Articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
· **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring pixel-perfect UI implementation and maintaining high code quality.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
