**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled **Plumbing cum Carpentry Technician** for retail sites. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, along with basic carpentry work, to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, fittings, etc.)
* Carry out carpentry work including furniture repairs, door fittings, fixtures, and minor fabrication
* Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly
* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
* Ensure proper functioning of washrooms, drainage systems, and water supply lines
* Maintain records of maintenance activities
* Adhere to safety standards and company guidelines at all times

**Skills Required:**

* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and carpentry work
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
* Basic understanding of tools, materials, and safety practices
* Good teamwork and communication skills

**Preferred:**

* Experience in retail or commercial property maintenance
* Ability to handle multiple tasks independently

**Flexible working hours based on operational requirements**

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
