Job Description:

The Learning Curve Preschool is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for children and the ability to create a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG students

Plan and conduct activity-based learning (rhymes, stories, art & craft, games)

Support children’s social, emotional, and early academic development

Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment

Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents

Ensure child safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times

Participate in school events, celebrations, and meetings

Eligibility & Requirements:

Qualification: ECCEd / NTT / D.Ed / Montessori / Graduate (preferred)

Experience: Freshers can apply / Experience preferred

Good communication skills

Patient, caring, and child-friendly nature

Passion for early childhood education

Skills Required:

Creativity and storytelling skills

Activity-based teaching methods

Classroom management

Good command of English & local language

Salary: best in industry (depends on experience)
