Robotics Trainer

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct **robotics training sessions** for students (K-12, college), teachers, and professionals.
* Develop and deliver **training content**, lesson plans, and hands-on activities.
* Guide students in **robotics projects, coding, and automation concepts**.
* Provide **technical support** during workshops and competitions.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and integrate them into training programs.
* Maintain and manage **robotics kits and lab equipment**.
* Assist in organizing **robotics competitions, hackathons, and exhibitions**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* **Bachelor’s degree** in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 1 to 3 years of experience in **robotics training, teaching, or STEM education**.
* Hands-on experience with **robotics kits** (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO, VEX, etc.).
* Proficiency in programming languages like **Python, C, C++, or Scratch**.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Passion for **teaching and mentoring students**.
* Ability to troubleshoot **robotic hardware and software issues**.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in **robotics competitions** like FIRST Robotics, WRO, or similar.
* Knowledge of **AI, Machine Learning, and IoT applications in robotics**.
* Certification in **STEM education or robotics-related courses**.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
