**Position Overview**
The MIS (Management Information Systems) Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems to track, analyze, and report on all operational, financial, and project-related data. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments, accurate record-keeping, and effective financial monitoring for AMC contracts, Greenfield projects, and fire & safety installations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Data Management & Reporting**
* Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for AMC, Greenfield, and installation projects.
* Track project progress, resource allocation, and compliance with safety standards.
* Generate periodic reports for management on operational efficiency and financial performance.
* **Coordination & Communication**
* Act as a central point of contact between project, finance, procurement, and operations teams.
* Ensure timely flow of information across departments to avoid delays and miscommunication.
* Support project managers with data-driven insights for decision-making.
* **Financial Systems Oversight**
* Monitor billing, invoicing, and payment schedules for AMC and project contracts.
* Identify gaps in financial systems and recommend improvements.
* Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
* **Process Improvement**
* Implement digital tools/software to streamline record-keeping and reporting.
* Standardize documentation processes for AMC and installation projects.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations through proper data tracking.
* **Team Support**
* Train staff on MIS tools and reporting procedures.
* Provide technical guidance to ensure accurate data entry and system usage.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in MIS, preferably in construction, MEP, or fire safety services.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems, project management tools, and MS Office (Excel, Power BI).
* Understanding of AMC contracts, project lifecycle management, and financial systems.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
