We reserve the right not to refund the Connecting Deals users for any fees paid through use of our sites, services, applications and tools in the following cases:

• If, in our view, you violate these Terms of Use, including, but not limited to, the Posting Rules.
• If your ads were published and gained exposure on the Connecting Deals platforms, services, applications, or tools, even briefly, and benefited from the associated paid service.
• If your ads are listed under the Pets or Massage categories on Connecting Deals.
• If your ads are placed in “edit” mode and will go live on the site once updated by you.
• If you have personally removed your ads.
• If you post duplicate ads, as outlined in our rules on duplicate listings.
• If we determine that your ads are placed in a significantly incorrect category.
