As a Lead Plumbing Installer for Sharp Plumbing \& Heating you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing installations. Work one\-on\-one with our residential Plumbing clients to install customized solutions ranging from a variety of Plumbing equipment that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

**Requirements**

* Proven track record of successful plumbing installation
* Licensed Plumbing Installer
* 1 Year of residential plumbing installation experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Knowledge of plumbing products and services
* Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable with a variety of residential electrical systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge.
* Positive attitude
* Team player
* Hard working
* Must be reliable
* Valid driver's license
* Must pass a background check
