**Role & responsibilities**
* Preparation of **internal & external plumbing layout drawings**
* Designing **storm water drainage layouts and schematics**
* Preparation of **fire fighting layouts (sprinkler & hydrant systems)**
* Drafting **UGT & OHT tank layouts**, sleeve details, and section drawings
* Preparation of **MEP coordinated drawings** along with structural and architectural inputs
* Checking **concealed conduiting and sleeve work before slab casting**
* Preparing **critical sections and detailed drawings** for execution
* Coordinating with engineers for **drawing approvals and revisions**
* Following up with clients/consultants for **comments and approvals**
* Ensuring drawings are updated as per **site requirements and changes**
**Preferred candidate profile**
* Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Piping / Relevant field
* Strong understanding of **plumbing and fire fighting systems**
* Experience in **residential, commercial, and high-rise projects**
* Knowledge of **MEP coordination drawings**
* Ability to work in a **deadline-driven environment**
